Importance Of Time Speech in Simple English
Time has great importance in our life. Being Muslims, we are taught since day one that our this material life is short and soon we will have to go before Allah, where we will be asked for our deeds and time that we have spent here.
This belief not only compel us to do good deeds but also revealed the importance of time upon us.
Holy Prophet (PBUH) has said,
“There are two blessings which many people do not make the most of and thus lose out: good health and free time.”
Though we being humans looked at the importance of time only in material terms, while Islam too has laid down much stress on its importance. It is time, that we will be asked of, on doomsday.
Today unfortunately, most of my fellows and friends spent much of their time either using mobile phone or watching Television while they should use it in some constructive work.
It is responsibility of the parents to check on the excessive use of mobile phones by their children and youngsters and encourage them to take part in some constructive, physical activities.
That is why the great poet, Doctor Allama Muhammed Iqbal has said,
عمل سے زندگی بنتی ہے جنت بھی جہنم بھی
یہ خاکی اپنی فطرت میں نہ نوری ہے نہ ناری ہے
